fast and powerful heavy-power metal out of sweden- got me moving along with them from the first 10 seconds and that is NOT something that usually happens.
Very good rhythm section with great voice- could do with a better producer though as the vocal is difficult to hear sometimes.
Great drumming- fast as hell and catchy- I am heavily impressed with the quality performance of this band and yes, I will be playing this one again and again.
Heavy riffings with a touch of Helloween, strong catchy songs, highly mellodic- that is what Axenstar is about, and I have heard a lot worse that this- again Sweden is doing a great job in putting out great music- this band can go very far with the right promotion- they look good and sound absolutely amazing.
Great keyboard passages combined with flowing guitars- and a special mention for the drumming- all in all an album worthy of your time and money.
Very interesting rhythm breaks, well combined with the guitar attack- New revelations has to be specially mentioned for the great overall effect,Secrets Revealed for the great acoustic part, but my pledge will go to the first song song- All I could Ever be- as it's very catchy- but all the album sounds like NU metal never happened!
As stated before, the only flaw in this album is the production- the voice is difficult to hear at times, but it's a minor inconvenience and will fade away when you actually start moving to it.
I cannot get enough of this sound- and it's great to see a band that is so comitted to making great metal.
9/10 for this great band- keep up the good work!!
