Ok as said Pegazus plays classic heavymetal, however this album lacks something.. they call it heavymetal, wheres heaviness?
Vocalist has pretty good voice if you prefer clear voice, though its maybe a bit too powerless...
Album opens with pretty fast song Metal Forever (ECCB aka internets cd info source funnily named it Metal Flower ha ha), witch has good starting riff and good guitarsolo.
Continuing with powerless The Crusade and Queen Evil that are as fast as opener, about same rhythm.
Breaking The Chains is bit faster than 3 first ones, it has a bit more power too, its actually good song with good guitarsolo !
Tears of The Angels is bit slower (still pretty fast) song again, with good guitarsolo also.. could use more power though..
Chariots of The Gods is mid-tempo or a bit faster song, this one lacks alot of power !
Emerald Eyes is nice slower instrumental song with good acoustic guitarplay.. but slow acoustic song is last what this pretty powerless album needs!
Bastards of War is faster and bit more powerful song that most of the songs in this album, good starting riff, 'running rhythm'.. also guitarsolo sounds more powerful this time and its very good!
Album ends with very powerless pretty fast tempo song, Apache Warrior, that doesnt leave too good taste of album..
So production is good, but bands lacking heaviness, as also vocals are except on few songs. This album couldve been much better, but its still fine for those lighter classic melodic heavymetal fans. Bands die-hard fans will be satisfied for sure..
